Hi! I’m Allison Welch, a Licensed Massage Therapist of over seven years. I’d describe myself as a naturally curious and compassionate person who finds joy in connecting with others and helping them feel at ease in their bodies. I strive to bring a gentle yet intuitive approach to my work, offering techniques such as Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), deep tissue, prenatal massage, cupping, and reflexology.

I believe continuous education best serves me as a professional and enhances my clients well-being, so learning and exploring different approaches to bodywork is what I always strive to do. Whether it’s refining my skills or discovering new ways to promote balance and healing, the goal is to create a space where clients can truly relax, restore, and reconnect.

Cultivating a safe and accepting space for everyone is an integral part of my practice. As a queer practitioner I show up with a commitment to authenticity, mutual respect, and care that honors your whole identity. My approach is grounded in listening, consent, and collaboration, with each session meeting you where you are.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy being outside with my dog, Darrell, and spending time with family and friends. I love traveling, photography, cooking (and eating!), and exploring new ways to move, grow, and thrive.
